To make changes we work with an engineer to redesign the structural supports surrounding the areas that are being renovated. The wall is removed and a new beam is placed to support your home. We contracted with Watts renovations for our 2nd floor edition of close to 1000sqft. We enjoyed our experience with Sylvain, and would highly recommend him. We’ve built many houses over the years, and it was refreshing to work with someone who was willing to go that extra mile, and never say that anything was too crazy of an idea. He took us right from permitting and engineering through to finishing...and all of it was done with the highest level of professionalism. I’m sure we’ll be working with Watts for years to come.

We had our bathroom flooring removed and new flooring installed in all three bathrooms plus some other items upgraded. They did a great job and we were very pleased with the quality of the work, and also that they came every single day until the job was done. 2 weeks start to finish.

Absolutely love working with Watts Renovations & Custom Homes.
