Here are some of the more common ways to develop a basement.
Home Theater
At least one degree of separation away from the rest of the house, a basement can be the perfect place to build a custom entertainment system and home theater. Make it comfortable with luxurious furniture and add all the bells and whistles for the perfect movie night, video gaming, or sports event. Take it to the next level by adding a wet bar with a microwave and mini-fridge for easy access to snacks and drinks. Make it bigger and louder with a big-screen TV and a wired-in speaker system with surround-sound.
Games Room
A play space is often the starting point in basement development when it comes to young families. We had our bathroom flooring removed and new flooring installed in all three bathrooms plus some other items upgraded. They did a great job and we were very pleased with the quality of the work, and also that they came every single day until the job was done. 2 weeks start to finish.
