Sylvain’s work is phenomenal! He came in part way through our basement development and corrected many mistakes that were made by the previous contractor. He is extremely professional, friendly, and has a fantastic attention to detail. His communication skills are outstanding and always take his time to keep you up to speed with the project. Everyone has a positive attitude and does tremendous work. We will definitely use them again in the future!!

We contracted with Watts renovations for our 2nd floor edition of close to 1000sqft. We enjoyed our experience with Sylvain, and would highly recommend him. We’ve built many houses over the years, and it was refreshing to work with someone who was willing to go that extra mile, and never say that anything was too crazy of an idea. He took us right from permitting and engineering through to finishing...and all of it was done with the highest level of professionalism. I’m sure we’ll be working with Watts for years to come.

We had our bathroom flooring removed and new flooring installed in all three bathrooms plus some other items upgraded. They did a great job and we were very pleased with the quality of the work, and also that they came every single day until the job was done. 2 weeks start to finish.

Absolutely love working with Watts Renovations & Custom Homes. Whether the work is renovating our home which they did beautifully or our rental properties or our businesses the quality and pride in craftsmanship is always outstanding. I sleep better at night knowing Sylvain (Watts Renovations) is on the job because I know he is pickier than I am and is watching over our investments. If you are looking for all the above plus someone you can trust then give them a call.

Over the last three years my wife and I have contracted Watts Renovations & Custom Homes on several occasions; always with very satisfactory results. We first used them following the 2013 flood when wind driven rain caused extensive damage to our hardwood floor upstairs and the ceiling downstairs. Watts Renovations & Custom Homes (Sylvain Villeneuve) did a wonderful job of repairing the water damage.
At a later date we had water damage to the back face of our home, again from wind blown rain, and Sylvain took on the job of trying to water proof our house. This required several visits in order to successfully determine the source of the leak; however, Sylvain kept coming back until we were 100% satisfied. He really stands by his warranty and cares for his clients.
Since we were so happy with his previous work, we hired Watts Renovations & Custom Homes to paint the inside of our house, including all cabinets and baseboards. Throughout the paint project Sylvain communicated clearly about the paint requirements and options and made sure that our questions were answered and every issue was resolved; we are 100% satisfied with the final product.
Sylvain Villeneuve (Watts Renovations & Custom Homes) is a very personable man who takes great pride in his work. He wants his customers to be happy with the final product and he stands behind his warranty. We found Sylvain to be a “perfectionist” in his work and we really appreciated that quality in him.

Watts Renovations & Custom Homes completed a renovation in our ensuite in September 2014. Sylvain was very helpful in the selection of bathroom fixtures, granite and tile. The work went smoothly with the various contractors (plumber, electrician, tile setter, painter) coming in to complete the work in a timely manner. We were so impressed with how Sylvain handled the work that in March 2015 we again hired Watts Renovations to install new doors and baseboards throughout the entire house. Once again the work was completed professionally. Sylvain is meticulous in his work and does not leave until he is satisfied with the result. Also Sylvain kept us informed throughout, advising us of any changes that needed to be made. Sylvain always had a solution to any issues that may have occurred and the project was completed as promised. We would not hesitate to recommend Watts Renovations and Custom Homes for any project.

We hired Watts Renovations & Custom Homes as they were referred to us by our plumber. We have a beautiful home in Willowpark Calgary AB. It is in desperate need of renovations. We started off with the upstairs bathroom. We changed the layout to suit a modern family. Everything was redone from the bathtub n shower to the vanity and sinks. Took my breath away when it was finished. Beautiful. ! I have to say I am extremely pleased with the finished product. Sylvain the owner is a perfectionist and his eye for detail really makes a difference. Since then and because of his high standard for quality of craftsmanship we have hired him to rebuild the fences on four of our rental properties and also renovations on the rental units themselves. He is able to complete the projects in a timely manner and the finished product is amazing. He is now our go to contractor. We have built a relationship of trust and we are fully confident in his work. It is really hard to find a contractor who not only keeps his word and gets the job done but also has pride in his craft.
